All our experienced support workers have the necessary training and qualifications to assist participants with diverse disabilities, including those with complex support needs. | 
Service Managers Kerryn and Fiona are the dedicated Service Managers, bringing extensive experience to the daily operations of the organisation. They play a vital role in ensuring services are delivered efficiently, participants are well supported, and all operations remain compliant with NDIS requirements. They oversee key areas including staff rostering, NDIS plan administration, participant intake, and staff onboarding. In addition, they manage invoicing and maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Kerryn and Fiona work closely with participants, their families and guardians, Support Coordinators, and Support Workers to ensure clear communication and a seamless, person-centred service experience. |
