Director - Michael MweyoI completed an Intellectual Disability Nursing degree in 1993 and am registered as a Division 1 Nurse with AHPRA. Since then, I have worked across a wide range of settings, gaining extensive experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including participants with forensic backgrounds and significant mental health challenges. From my early years, I have always been passionate about working with people. This passion naturally led me to roles focused on person-centred, one-to-one support for individuals with complex needs. I later worked as a sole trader, providing highly individualised support, which ultimately culminated in the establishment of MMIC Services Pty Ltd in 2007. The focus of our work has always been, and continues to be, placing participants and their needs first. Our approach is grounded in respect, consistency, and a commitment to supporting individuals to live meaningful and dignified lives. This is the MMIC way. |
